VISION STATEMENT: Believe and Achieve
MISSION STATEMENT: Edmonton Interdistrict Youth Soccer Association (EIYSA) is the coordinating body of Club soccer organizations dedicated to the leadership and development of elite youth soccer programs in the Edmonton and surrounding area.
The EIYSA League, which is made up of 11 Clubs, is an elite Club soccer program for youths 4-17 years of age. It is a very competitive league where the U11-17 players go through a series of tryouts before being selected to play on a team. There is a time commitment required from the players and parents. Depending on the Club team, there could be up to 2-3 practice sessions and a game per week.
Our Outdoor Season starts early May and runs through to mid August. The indoor or Winter Season starts Oct/Nov and goes to mid March.
The Club your child tries out for is largely determined by, but not restricted to, what area of Edmonton the player resides in - North or South Zone. See Boundaries below for more details.
If this is the type of soccer program you're interested in being a part of, then go to the 'Member' tab where you will find a list of Clubs and their contact information.
Hope to see your child on the pitch!
EIYSA's runs a multi District program with 11 Clubs participating. There are 8 Clubs in Edmonton and 3 Clubs in the outlying Districts representing Sherwood Park, St. Albert and Red Deer. There are two zones, North and South, with the North Saskatchewan River being the dividing line. Where the player lives determine which Zone or District they represent.
North Zone Clubs:
Internazionale, Strikers, Drillers, Victoria and St. Albert Impact
South Zone Clubs:
Juventus, KC Trojans, Southwest United, Scottish United and Sherwood Park Phoenix
Red Deer Renegades
